Hello my darhlings! I’m still alive and well! Sorry for the lack of updates, I’ve been so busy with fashion weeks in New York, London, milan and now Paris! Paris is my favorite destination! Today I’ve been to see the Chanel show and it was all completely gorgeous and amazing, I was in total awe! What are everyone elses favorites shows from the various fashion weeks?

Personally my faves have been: Marc jacobs, Burberry, Chris kane Versus, Lanvin, oh gosh the list just goes on and on! I will have to make a special entry I think! I’ve bagged quite a few special items along the way too so I will be showing them all off too!

I’ve noticed that a lot of people have been dying their hair really funky colors, wether it be Tavi dying her hair powder blue or Chanel Couture sending their models down the runway with colored streaks in their hair. I want change, and I want it now!

So far I’m really feeling yellow, not blonde but PURE YELLOW… It makes me feel like one of my favorite blythe dolls, Cousin Olivia. I’m also really enjoying teal because it’s one of my favorite colors ever and just happens to be the color of the year!

Today was a very, very good mail day! A man arrived at my door today with a huge parcel for me and when I unwrapped it inside was a lovely brand new Mulberry Alexa handbag! It’s named after Alexa chung and is inspired by a old mulberry brief-case Alexa was seen carrying around some of the London fashion shows last season. It’s pretty much perfect and I am totally in love!

I came across these gorgeous hand made dolls on the top shop blog! I’ve always been into dolls and designer toys. It all started with Kidrobot vinyl toys then I gradually got into Japanese toys and dolls. When I found Blythe, It’s basically gone all down hill! I can not get enough of dolls and kitschy toys. These Couture rag dolls by Andrew Yang make me pine for a hand made beauty. He made these for a magazine in Quebec and dressed them in Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, Rick Owens, and more! Their color crazy colored hair is inspiring, I’m thinking of going purple or pink, what do you think? I’ve been a red head my whole life and would love a change.

I did not update yesterday as I was away having a fitting for my completely gorgeous Valentino dress. Isnt it the most amazing dress ever? It fits like a dream too. It’s from the pre-fall 2010 line and I’m totally in love with it as am I with the rest of the collection too. Utterly amazing I think no?

Hey there everyone, I’ve been baking all day. I figured since I spent all day shopping yesterday, today I’ll stay in doors and do something productive… Making cupcakes is productive right? You may recognize my hat from Yes Jess on etsy! She’s knits the most adorable things like mittens, hair bows, and lovely hats like the one i’m wearing. It’s a new style of hat she’s made called the Bow Silhouette Hat, and it’s available in a few color ways.

How do you like my new t-shirt? I got it from Topshop, amongst many other wonderful new things which I’ll post about sooner or later. I’m completely obsessed with Topshop, especially the huge London flagship store which I always make time for if I’m in London. Whats everyones favorite pieces on the site at the minute? I’ve got my eyes on a few pairs of shoes!

I’m a massive Luella fan and was so sad to hear the news that the label was no more a few months ago, and that the current line would not ever make it to retail. However, I had a friend who managed to sneak me one of the dresses straight off the runway models back and straight onto mine! I teamed it up with a nice polka-dot bow and a bit of a up do… I think it looks quite good don’t you? Leave me a comment and tell me what you think…
